Apple varieties

We are lucky enough to have two orchards at Liberty Fields. Cicero is the larger of the two – it is next to our barn and work unit. In addition to the apples we are using in our products, Cicero contains the Dorset Mother Orchard, a collection of some of the rarest local varieties of cider apples.
