27 July 2016 We are really pleased to announce that Difford’s Guide has given Porter’s Perfection Vodka 4 and a half stars! Read their tasting notes and review here.
We have planted 1,600 apple trees, including heritage cider and rare local varieties, on 12 acres of land just outside Halstock, Dorset, on an organic dairy farm. We converted some derelict farm buildings in order to produce our range of Liberty Fields products, including 6 year old Apple Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Aperitif and Porter’s Perfection Vodka. We specialise in products made with locally-sourced apples, grown in our organic orchards and a handful of other places in Dorset and Somerset.
We launched our delicious Apple Aperitif in 2014, and have been thrilled by the response from the public and professional bartenders alike, who have been using it to create some fantastic cocktails. Want to know what the Apple Aperitif is like and what to do with it? Take a look at this recent Vinspire review for some ideas.
Please see our stockist page for full details of where to obtain our products. We are currently sold at a wide range of farm shops, wine shops and delis throughout the south-west, and increasingly throughout the rest of the country.. We love to meet people at tasting events and shows, to hear what you think about our products, so please check the events page and come and see us!
