Apple Syrup

We will be launching our new Apple Syrup at the end of July! This is Dorset’s answer to maple syrup, made using only the apples from our orchards to create a rich and indulgent syrup, suitable for drizzling over ice-cream, serving with pancakes, adding to cocktails, stirring into creme fraiche, marinading pork or making a delicious non-alcoholic fruit cup. The possibilities are endless and we are asking a number of Dorset’s leading chefs to create some recipes, which we will post here.

There’s no added sugar, and the Syrup is free from sulphites.
